I det følgende vil du finde nyttige oplysninger om brug af online booking. Du kan læse om, hvordan vi behandler dine oplysninger, hvordan du modtager en kvittering for et køb og meget mere.
Betaling
Alle priser på Tangloppen Camping online bookingsystem er ligesom alle andre steder på hjemmesiden skrevet i danske kroner, inklusive moms og alle afgifter med mindre andet er angivet og klar i den situation. Priserne der angivet i euro er vejledende. Betaling sker ved hjælp af en af de accepterede betalingskort / kreditkort til online booking, herunder Visa, Mastercard og Diners. (Vi venligt minder om, at når man betaler med et udenlandsk kreditkort tilføjes et tillæg.)
Informationer om handel på internettet
Du kan trygt handle på internettet gennem vores online bookingsystem. Du er som forbruger som udgangspunkt sikret i forhold til eventuel misbrug af dit kreditkort på nettet, derfor er der ikke nogen selvrisiko ved misbrug af dit betalingskort via internettet. Ændring af booking
For ændring af Booking skal du kontakte Campingpladsen.
Forsendelse og levering
Du vil ved booking og betaling af en hytte, et værelse, en plads til eget telt, eller en plads til egen campingvogn eller autocamper, få forevist en Booking bekræftelse/kontrakt fra Tangloppen Camping, hvori regnskabet for dit køb fremgår. Kontrakten kan printes ud fra hjemmesiden efter gennemført booking, og fremsendes ligeledes via e-mail umiddelbart efter købet, hvis korrekt e-mailadresse er oplyst af køber.
Levering af det bestilte produkt sker ved ankomst hos Tangloppen Camping på ankomstdagen (og afsluttes ved afrejse på afrejsedagen). Begge disse tidspunkter oplyses i den ovennævnte kontrakt. Det bestilte produkt kan ikke overdrages til andre eller ombyttes til kontanter.
Fortrydelsesret og refusion
Du har mulighed for at annullere din booking på følgende vilkår:
Camping:
Ved afbestilling mere end 30 dage før ankomst, godtgøres hele pakkeprisen, dog trækkes kr. 350,00 i afbestillingsgebyr.
Ved afbestilling mellem 30 dage og 14 dage før ankomst, godtgøres 50 % af opholdets pris. dog ikke afbestillingsgebyret på kr. 350.00
Ved afbestilling mindre 14 dage før ankomst, sker der ingen godtgørelse.
Hytter og værelser:
Ved afbestilling mere end 30 dage før ankomst, godtgøres hele pakkeprisen, dog trækkes kr. 750,00 i afbestillingsgebyr.
Ved afbestilling mellem 30 dage og 14 dage før ankomst, godtgøres 50 % af opholdets pris. dog ikke afbestillingsgebyret på kr. 750.00
Ved afbestilling mindre end 14 dage før ankomst, sker der ingen godtgørelse.
Er man startet på sin ferie hos os er den bookede periode bindende og kan ikke overdrages til andre. Vi refunderer ikke forud betalt ophold.
Registrering af oplysninger
Tangloppen Camping registrerer dit navn, din adresse, din e-mail samt andreoplysninger afgivet i forbindelse med købet i sit kundekartotek. Oplysningerne videregives ikke, men Tangloppen Camping beholder registreringen efter gældende lovgivning.
Tangloppen Camping anvender serverside cookies og en sikker forbindelse til at skabe sikkerheden om de oplysninger, som du afgiver på siden. Ved betaling med kreditkort sker registreringen via en sikker server, hvor oplysningerne krypteres før de sendes over internettet.
Tangloppen Camping tager forbehold for pris fejl i online booking, det er således altid de oplyste priser på hjemmesiden, der er gældende.
Reklamationsbehandling
Hvis du af en eller anden grund ikke modtager din kontrakt, som bekræfter dit køb, og du ikke har modtaget en fejlmeddelelse fra systemet, så kan du skrive til nedenstående adresse eller telefonnummer. Klager over bookingforløbet, selve bookingen eller produktet (opholdet) skal ske indenfor rimelig tid, efter du har opdaget fejlen eller burde have opdaget fejlen ved almindelig gennemgang af din kontrakt. Du kan klage skriftligt eller mundtligt. Ét år efter modtagelsen af varen (opholdet) ophører retten til at klage i henhold til Købelovens §83, stk. 1, medmindre andet er aftalt.
Når Tangloppen Camping modtager din klage over en vare, behandles klagen hurtigst muligt. Tangloppen Camping vil tage stilling til om den modtagne vare skal refunderes, ombyttes eller om der skal gives prisnedslag.

Payments
All prices in Tangloppen Camping online booking system is like everywhere else on the website written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. Prices indicated in Euro are indicative.
Payment is made by using one of the accepted debit / credit card for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners.(We kindly remind you that when paying with a foreign credit card a surcharge is added.)
Information about the shopping online on the Internet
Shop safely online through our online booking system. You, the consumer basically ensured in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your credit card via the Internet. When you book and pay a cabin, a room, a place for your own tent, caravan or motorhome, be presented with a booking confirmation / contract from Tangloppen Camping, which accounts you for buying appears . Cancellation and refund
You have the possibility to cancel your booking the following conditions:
Camping:
Cancellation until 30 days before arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded, However, deducted an administrative fee of Dkk. 350.-
Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before planned arrival 50 % of the full rental, will be refunded, however deducted the administration fee of Dkk.350,- Cancellation less than 14 days before planned arrival, the paid amount will not be paid back.
Cabins and Rooms:
